Dušan advises high school administrators and senior staff members to effectively inspire and lead transformational change in their institutions.
Dušan began his career as a consultant for the Open Society Foundation, where he developed a dialogical curriculum for high school students. Since then, Dušan has devoted much of his career to creating communities of high school administrators, teachers and students committed to deep thinking, courageous action, and mutual care. He has developed and implemented governance models, led leadership training programs for faculty and administrators, and created a unique religion and ethics curriculum for the students at C.S. Lewis Bilingual High School (also known as Bilgym) in Bratislava. He is recognized as a skilled educational and institutional consultant in lovakia.
Before joining Agora 21 Institute, Dušan served as Director of Domestic Affairs under President Zuzana Čaputová. In this capacity, he led a team of experts monitoring and analyzing domestic political concerns, and presented the team’s recommendations directly to the President.
Before this post on the presidential team, Dušan was the co-founder and Principal of C.S. Lewis Bilingual High School in Slovakia. Today Bilgym is considered one of the best educational institutions in the country.
Dušan holds M.A. in theology from Lutheran Theological College in Bratislava. His doctorate from Commenius University focuses on the comparison between Christianity and Hinduism.
